Stephen Wilkinson is a highly experienced professional coach, facilitator and workgroup consultant / trainer. For more than 20 years he specialized in the international trade finance, export, credit and political risk arenas. He has held directorships, senior general management, marketing and sales roles during his career with major banks / finance houses, insurance companies, risk management organisations and specialist broking houses in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
In the last 20 years he has lead and run his own coaching business. He has worked directly with a substantial group of organisations and individuals focusing on Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Change Management, Development of People and the practical realistic alignment of Organisational Performance.

He convenes, manages or actively participates in several client Boards of Advice & Management.
An early background in Credit Management & Analysis, followed with post graduate studies in Marketing Research, Marketing Practice and International Marketing – plus Cert. IV in Assessment & Workplace Training (& LLN) and an Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (facilitated learning), Singapore. An accredited facilitator, he is a Senior Consultant & Certified Practitioner of Herrmann International Individual, Teams & Paired (Whole Brain)® assessments, as well as being accredited by Team Management Systems in QO2 and Linking Skills profiles. He holds Hogan Assessment Certification in HPI, HDS and MVPI personality based assessment inventories and the HPTA & 360 tools, as well as a certified practitioner of PROSCI/ADKAR Change Management Programs.
Stephen is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and member of the Singapore Institute of Management. He is a professional member of the Australian Human Resource Institute and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He continues to study the latest work in the areas of leadership development, strategic & performance planning, effective change management through facilitation and modern evidenced based executive coaching.
